Privacy Policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you visit this website and contact us, and what rights you have.
1. Data protection at a glance
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. This website is deliberately built to minimize data processing: it sets no cookies, uses no tracking or web analytics, and serves all resources – such as fonts and images – from this domain. No data is transmitted to third-party servers while you browse.
2. Controller and data protection officer
The party responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
Trasco Bremen GmbH
Zum Panrepel 24, 28307 Bremen, Germany
Phone: +49 421 458287-3410
E-mail: sergiy.lizun@trasco-bremen.de
The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. Further contact details can be found in our imprint.

E-mail: Datenschutz@trasco-bremen.de
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by a service provider on servers in Germany. When you access the website, the web server automatically records the following information in log files: IP address of the requesting device, date and time of access, the page or file requested, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. We process this data to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security, for example to detect attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources and is stored only as long as necessary for these purposes. The hosting provider processes the data on our behalf as a processor.
4. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party content
This website does not use cookies, web analytics or other tracking technologies, and it does not load any content from third-party servers. Fonts, images, documents and the site search are delivered from our own server. Your browsing behavior is not recorded or analyzed, and no user profiles are created.
To keep the page header compact while you move between pages, the website stores a single technical entry without personal data in your browser’s session storage. It is deleted as soon as the next page has loaded, at the latest when you close the browser tab. The legal basis is Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG.
If you use the configurator on our “Packages & Options” page, the website saves your selection – model, protection level, number of vehicles and selected options – in your browser’s local storage so that it can be pre-selected in the inquiry form. This entry contains no contact details or other personal data and is not transmitted to us; your selection only becomes part of your inquiry when you submit the form. The entry is deleted once you have successfully sent an inquiry; otherwise it remains in your browser until you delete it in your browser settings. The legal basis is Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG.
5. Inquiries and confirmation of receipt
You can contact us using the inquiry form on our contact page (guided inquiry or direct message) or by e-mail. The only mandatory information is your e-mail address. All other details are voluntary: name, organization, phone number (required if you ask for a callback), your message and – in the guided inquiry – your customer profile, operational role, model, engine, protection level, seats, number of vehicles, options, the documents or information you would like to receive, country of operation, time frame and a callback request with a preferred time. If you have used the configurator, your selection is pre-selected in the form (see section 4). We use this data exclusively to answer your inquiry and any follow-up questions. The form is sent by e-mail to our sales team over an encrypted connection and is not stored on the web server; it is treated in strict confidence. You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt in the language of your inquiry at the e-mail address you entered; if you ask for a copy, it also contains a summary of your inquiry.
Submitting the form requires your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and, where your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; an informal message by e-mail is sufficient. We delete your inquiry once it has been fully handled and no contract results. If a business relationship follows, statutory retention periods apply (up to 10 years). We do not pass this data on to third parties without your permission.
6. Contact by e-mail or phone
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them according to the periods described in section 5.
7. Site search
The site search runs in your browser. Your browser loads the required parts of the search index from our server; your search terms are not transmitted to us as text, are not stored and are not passed on to third parties.
8. Links to other websites
Our website contains links to other websites, for example to our company website trasco-bremen.de, to press and partner pages and to our profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click such a link; its privacy policy then applies.
9. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Within our company, your data is only accessible to the departments responsible for your request (sales and management). Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf as a processor. A transfer of your data to countries outside the EU/EEA is not intended.
10. SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” in the address bar and the lock icon in your browser.
11. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)); data processed before we receive your withdrawal remains lawfully processed.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us: Die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen, Arndtstraße 1, 27570 Bremerhaven, Germany.
12. Objection to promotional e-mails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published under our imprint obligations for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising, such as spam e-mails.
